A forerunner in local appraisal services, Ken has been an MAI since 1969. He is a California certified general real estate appraiser and is also a licensed real estate broker. He is a recognized authority on commercial and agricultural properties. As a member of the Society of Golf Course Appraisers, he is a specialist in the valuation of golf courses and country clubs. He has qualified as an expert witness in superior courts and in the federal bankruptcy court.

Randy joined RPA in 2005, but has over 30 years experience in the valuation of real property in the Central Valley. He has been MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 1985, and is a California certified general real estate appraiser. Randy brings to RPA a wealth of knowledge in all property types, including commercial, industrial, and agricultural. He has testified as an expert witness in both the superior and federal bankruptcy courts.

Gregory D. Addington

Greg has been employed by RPA since 2008 and is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of California. Prior to that time, he was employed as an appraiser by a private firm for a period of about 5 years, and also spent 5 years working as an appraiser for the California Department of Transportation. A graduate of the University of Idaho, Greg has experience in the appraisal of many property types. He is actively working toward his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
