Larry has been an MAI since 1986, and a licensed real estate broker since 1979. A California certified general real estate appraiser, he brings to RPA an extensive knowledge of modern appraisal practice and is well-versed in the valuation of office, retail, industrial and agricultural real estate. He has qualified as an expert witness in superior courts and in the federal bankruptcy court.

A forerunner in local appraisal services, Ken has been an MAI since 1969. He is a California certified general real estate appraiser and is also a licensed real estate broker. He is a recognized authority on commercial and agricultural properties. As a member of the Society of Golf Course Appraisers, he is a specialist in the valuation of golf courses and country clubs. He has qualified as an expert witness in superior courts and in the federal bankruptcy court.

Randy joined RPA in 2005, but has over 30 years experience in the valuation of real property in the Central Valley. He is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute, and is a California certified general real estate appraiser. Randy brings to RPA a wealth of knowledge in all property types, including commercial, industrial, and agricultural. He has testified as an expert witness in both the superior and federal bankruptcy courts.

Tiffany has been employed by RPA since 1991 and is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of California. She has experience in the appraisal of a variety of property types, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, actively working toward her MAI designation.
