Our company began as a real estate and insurance business in Fresno in 1945 adding appraisal services in the early 1950’s. The company was led by the Hopper family until 2018 when the company was obtained by the current ownership group.

Vice President & CFO
Both Tiffany K.V. Mach and Kelly P. Stevens are graduates from California State University Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration-Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Both have been appraising in the Central Valley for over 30 years, are Certified General Real Estate Appraisers with the State of California and were awarded individual designations from the Appraisal Institute in 2012.
